Rules of Engagement

Mandatory survival guidelines. Ignorance of the rules will not excuse a ban.

RDM & VDM

Random Deathmatch / Vehicle Deathmatch is strictly prohibited. You must have a valid roleplay reason and initiate proper dialogue before attacking or killing another survivor. Shooting on sight is only allowed in designated red zones.

Fear RP

You must value your character's life. If you are held at gunpoint by multiple armed players and have no realistic escape, you must comply with their demands. Running away while a gun is pointed at your head is considered FailRP.

Metagaming

Using out-of-character (OOC) information in your roleplay is forbidden. This includes using Discord streams, reading name tags through walls, or knowing a player's location/inventory without finding out in-game.

NLR (New Life Rule)

When your character is killed, you lose all memory of your past life and the events leading up to your death. You may not return to the location of your death for at least 15 minutes, and you cannot seek revenge on your killer.

Asset Licensing

Any assets, frameworks, or scripts purchased from the Dark Survival Store are for use by the buyer only. Leaking, reselling, or distributing our proprietary assets will result in a permanent blacklist from our network and a DMCA takedown.

How do I verify my Discord account?
Navigate to the #verification channel in our Discord server. Use the gateway panel to link your account via Bloxlink or RoVer, then click the "Update Roles" button to sync your rank.
When will OutBreak: Zombie Survival RP release?
The project is currently classified as "In Development". Watch the Transmissions tab for alpha and beta testing phases. We are prioritizing quality and horror mechanics over rushing a release.
How do I purchase assets from the Store?
Open the Asset Store tab. Click "Purchase" on any item to be directed to our official Hub or open a General Support ticket in our Discord if you require assistance with a license.
How do I report a player or appeal a ban?
Go to the #support channel in Discord and open a "Moderation Support" ticket. Provide the user's name and all relevant evidence (screenshots or video) for our administrative team to review.

Welcome to the Dark Survival network. To comply with the Roblox Developer API Guidelines and maintain operational security, this document outlines how our application collects, uses, and protects your data.

1. Data Collection

When you authorize the Dark Survival OAuth application, we request the minimum viable scopes (openid and profile) to securely link your Roblox account with our systems. The only data we collect and store includes:

  • Your unique Roblox User ID
  • Your current Roblox Username and Display Name
  • Your Roblox Group Rank (Specifically within Dark Survival Studios)

2. Data Usage

We do not profile, track, or sell your data. Your data is used strictly for:

  • Authenticating your identity within the Dark Survival Web Dashboard.
  • Synchronizing your in-game Roblox Group Rank with your Discord Server roles.
  • Validating asset and script licenses purchased from our digital store.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is stored securely on our encrypted servers. You retain the right to be forgotten. If you wish to revoke authorization and have your data permanently purged from our database, you may:

  • Revoke access directly via your Roblox Account Settings > App Authorizations.
  • Open a Support Ticket in the Dark Survival Discord server requesting a complete data wipe.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Dark Survival Studios does not syndicate, rent, or share your Roblox data with any third-party advertising networks, AI models, or external platforms. Information is strictly kept within the darksstudios.hostedbyfps.com infrastructure.
